Sexual Harassment

*The costs advanced are reimbursed to the attorney out of the proceeds of the settlement or verdict. If the case is lost (as sometimes does occur), the arrangements for reimbursement of costs advanced by the firm are then payable from the client, which payments can usually be arranged over a period of years.
